As a resource parish, St. Mark's Episcopal Church is blessed to have a state-of-the-art facility to accommodate many uses.  As our facility use policy states,

  • "The use of the worship, reception and meeting facilities of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church is meant to complement and enhance the diverse and creative worship, education, and ministries of the parish and shall be consistent with the parish vision statement."

Please review the following information to help you schedule your event at St. Mark's.

MARK'S CALENDAR   Please click this link to make sure that your event doesn't conflict with an already-scheduled event at St. Mark's.  If you see that an event is scheduled for your date, don't worry.  Perhaps there is another room and resources available to accommodate your needs. NOTE:  WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR EVENT WILL BE APPROVED.  ALL EVENT FORMS MUST BE REVIEWED BY EACH DEPARTMENT IMPACTED BY THE REQUEST.
     
FACILITIES USE POLICY   Please read this document before scheduling your event.  It should answer most of your questions.
     
ST. MARK'S EVENT REQUEST FORM  

REQUIRED!  This form is for events that are St. Mark's-sanctioned events (e.g. bible studies, youth events, choir events, etc.).  This is a PDF form that can be completed electronically and emailed to St. Mark's.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Complete the form then click the button in the form marked "CLICK HERE to submit completed form via email".  You will be prompted to complete the process. You may also print the completed form and fax to the attention of Elaine Enloe at 210-226-2468.

     
NON-ST. MARK'S EVENT REQUEST FORM  

REQUIRED! This form is for all events that are NOT St. Mark's-sanctioned events (e.g., non-profit group meetings, seminars, etc.).  This is a PDF form that can be completed electronically and emailed to St. Mark's.

OTHER IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS!

GENERAL WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF PREMISES    This form is REQUIRED for use of the St. Mark's facility for any event.
     
LIABILITY AGREEMENT   This form is REQUIRED for use of the St. Mark's facility for any event.
     
ALCOHOL POLICY AND WAIVER   This form is required ONLY if your event will serve alcohol at the St. Mark's facility.
     
FEE SCHEDULE   A listing of all fees associated with the use of St. Mark's facilities.
